Deer Creek Engagement - Grand Canyon National Park

What an exciting and special moment this engagement was - funny enough I was not hired for this moment rather I happened to be here at the right time. John and Jaime where guests on a commercial river trip that I was working as a guide.

Around day 2 of our 10 day trip the rumors started spreading amongst passengers that John planned to ask Jaime to marry him at Deer Creek on our trip. I couldn’t help but jump in as their impromptu engagement photographer. What a beautiful moment.

Surrounded by friends and family John popped the question and this was the sweetest mid waterfall love fest I have ever had the previlidge of being apart of.

This photo moment was one to remember where my two greatest loves - boating & photography - got to merge in the most beautiful moment for this happy couple.
